20 hours/week of blended nursing & personal care (Meal prep, laundry, sibling support).

5 days of 4-hour shifts focusing on breastfeeding, bathing, and BP monitoring.
The Restorative Night Owl
8-hour overnight shifts (10 PM – 6 AM) so parents can sleep while we manage feedings.
The Clinical Weekly Check-In
A 1-hour RN visit once a week for 6 weeks to track infant growth and maternal wellness.
